We hustle in the busyness of the day and we constantly neglect the ONE thing we DEPEND on... our health. Strength, Stability, Balance and Body Awareness is absolutely fundamental, especially as we age. Taking your health into your own hands is practically mandatory now a days.

Are you dealing with a nagging muscular injury that you need to know how to fix and get past? Seeing our Physical Therapist or our Corrective Therapist, depending on the injury. Doing the normal everyday things and feeling weak? You need to decide if you are self motivated enough to come to the gym on your own and workout, or if you need the accountability of a group class or one on one with a personal trainer. Self motivated and can workout on your own? Awesome. Sign up and get to it! It will all be worth it once you feel the empowerment of that strength returning, we promise that. NEED GROUP ACCOUNTABILITY?
Most people need something to hold them accountable for their workouts, or they realistically just won't get them done. Classes are a great way to meet new like minded people (we are ALL here to get healthy and stay healthy) and learn new exercises. It's also a great way to figure out how you like to workout; what's for you and what's not. Whether you take a class or two just to set your self motivation in action or if you need that group to keep you coming, the addition to a fitness family will be a positive addition to your life. We are in Ely... this is a thing! More often than n, we hear about a lack of core strength. This is common when people stick to their one thing, whether that is walking, running, biking, skiiing etc. That's why it is SO important to cross train. Come in and take a class, hire a trainer in the off season, just get a membership and start doing ANYTHING that is different from your usual. Break your routine and strengthen your entire body...otherwise your back and all sorts of other injuries will start popping up. You know this.
